Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us for a refund or to reschedule your order to another date. Please note, refunds and rescheduling will not be available within a 24-hour window of your delivery or pick-up time and that if cancellations are made within 24 hours of delivery the order will be charged in full.
If the goods or services received are defective or not fit for purpose, a full replacement will be provided if possible before service depending on time constraints.
If replacement is not possible a partial or full refund for defect goods and services will be provided.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the person placing the online order to ensure that all order details (date, time, delivery location and onsite contact) are correct. Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect choice or incorrect delivery day or time.
The replacement extends to damage caused in-transit by The Garden Room delivery team however, not by a third party courier or pick up orders.
